Ch. 220 of 2024 (S.B. 7676-B / A. 8882-B) and Ch. 219 of 2024 narrow enforceability of contractual digital-replica clauses and strengthen Civil Rights Law §§ 50-f (deceased performer digital replicas) and §§ 50/51 (right of privacy/publicity) for unauthorized AI voice and likeness use.
