Somerville Face Surveillance Full Ban Ordinance (June 27, 2019, Somerville Code Ch. 9) — prohibits any city department, including police, from obtaining, retaining, accessing, or using face surveillance systems or information derived from them. Predates Massachusetts statewide police FR limits (St. 2020, c. 253 § 105, effective July 1, 2021) by two years.
