LB 383 (2025) amended Neb. Rev. Stat. 28-1463.05 to include within 'child sexual abuse material' an obscene depiction of a person or computer-generated person who is, appears to be, or has the physical features of a child, with 'computer-generated' expressly covering images made or modified using artificial intelligence.
